Rank these colleges in terms of "prestige"

<p>I know "prestige" really is a matter of opinion, but generally speaking, rank these colleges in terms of name-recognition and how prestigious they are perceived to be:</p>

<p>I think Caltech should be a little bit higher. Johns Hopkins and Duke aren’t THAT well-known around my area (certainly not as much as Brown, Dartmouth, and Caltech).</p>

<p>I thought Princeton was better than Yale. They have the best plasma lab in the world! I am also surprised to see Dartmouth in the last place.</p>
