<p>I have two friends who had alienware laptops - one of which over-heated all the time, and another one of which recieved his laptop in the mail, it arrived DOA, returned it, they sent him another one a full month later, and it arrived with a broken screen, returned it, and recieved a third one a full month later and hasn't had any issues with that yet (i don't think). I think they are really over priced.</p>
