Hi I couldn't find the ranking for undergrad physics. Does anyone have the basic idea which are top 15 or so places to study physics?

So would you say that studying physics at Duke over Cornell would be a stupid decision? It seems to me that education for the areas of my interest, such as physics and engineering is definitely better at Cornell but then Duke offers the best weather and I feel like I could enjoy college life more at Duke. But, with graduate school in mind, would I be at disadvange in the grad admissions (engineering or physics or even business) by attending Duke? In the end is it how well I do at the school regardless of what school I attend or do prestigious grad schools favor some schools over others?
