Ranking Sports Conferences

This issue comes up just about every year.

Of the BCS conferences, the ACC has the highest avg. USNWR ranking (due in no small part to having 4 private schools), the Pac-12 does the best at the top and the B1G does the best when it comes to PA scores.

Could that be b/c BC lost?

^ Mildcats, my friend, Mildcats… ;)

^ Are you ready for another disappointing/underperforming season by Tedford and crew?

And get ready for the beat-down by Stanford.

the commonly shared view in the sports world is that the ACC will lose out in a superconference era. FSU and Virginia Tech will go to the SEC along with Texas A&M and another school. Texas, TTU, OSU, and Oklahoma will head to the Pac-12 (16). Big East will take KSU, KU, and Mizzou, and non-bcs teams, and possibly Baylor, BC, and Maryland. Somehow they will get to 16. Then Big 10 (12, or 16) will take Duke, UNC, and probably hope Notre Dame joins. And obviously, they’d need one more school. (Possibly a Big East team, such as Pitt Rutgers, or Syracuse?)

k & s, it was a very boring game, not terribly exciting at all, and we did not stay for the whole game, we left in the 4th quarter. We have been to better games. I usually do not care if BC wins or not, it is my husband’s school not mine! I went to Syracuse. :)

Pitt & Syracuse just submitted application to the ACC!!!
