Ranking the UC's

I read somewhere that the reason SD has a low social life is because the residents in the area refuse to build new restaurants, movie theaters and the sort.
Also SD doesn't let the Greek System have their own houses. And since rent/housing is so expensive in La Jolla, sororities and fraternities never had a chance to develop.
Anyway, I think that was from Princeton Review's complete book of colleges.

Oh my, the university that one user goes to sure affects these rankings.

^ yeah! let's rank riverside at #1... (even though that will be the collapse and end of the UC system)! Finally, the Cal States can take over as the better system! Sounds rad.

hehe... thats pretty funny... "end of UC system"

Anyone mind telling me what UCI and UCSD are doing that makes one think that these schools will be more prominent in the future?

^ ummm... UCI's mascot is an anteater... that's revolutionary... ummm... zot zot....

Hey!! At least i'm not promoting UCR as the #1 UC and, consequently, pushing towards the collapse of the UC system!

Hhhmm...If UCSB keeps winning Nobel Prizes it will be above UCSD in 10 years!

Prophasi:
UCSD is only 40 years old. Yet, in its short life, it has risen to be a premier institution for biological sciences and engineering. It ranks in the top ten for science, engineering and medicine graduate programs in the nation.
See-http://ucsdnews.ucsd.edu/newsrel/awards/USNewsGrad06.asp
Also, it garners some of the most funding for research.
With so much potential, UCSD may some day eclipse UCB and UCLA. Right now, it is considered number three.

in ten years, another UC will have to be created to house all the cali residents that meet the min. requirements

merced and riverside are filling up
