Not sure what order to rank the colleges. Here’s a lil info about me:
I plan to major in Econ. Not really keen on a lot of GE classes, but I’m not sure how GE classes affect your GPA or major declaration. Most probably I’m going Econ, but keeping Computer Sc open as well. Also heard UCSD offers busniess minor.
I like sports, basketball and table tennis in particular. Don’t know if the campus has these facilities(I know they have an indoor gym). Like to live active but also sometimes lounge around on my own.
Don’t like walking too much to class as I’m not exactly very punctual. I like to take my time.
I’m neither an introvert nor an extrovert; sometimes I like quiet time to myself, and like being around people who enjoy private moments. Other times I like going to parties and socializing…moody basically.
Will choose to live in dorms.I like having a warm, friendly family atmosphere, but I’m told UCSD students in general are like that anyway. Read dorms at Revelle are pretty bad.
Last but not the least, I’m an Indian born Chinese, and ofc an international student.
I also would like to know which UCSD college is good for math/comp sci geeks, thanks.
Look at http://admissions.ucsd.edu/colleges/ . You can find each college’s general education requirements and see which fits your interests the best. If distance to class is a criterion, look at a campus map to see where the dorms are relative to the classrooms.
Warren probably good for math/comp. My daughter was in Muir.
