Hi everyone! So my school does decile rankings and not exact rankings. I know I’m in the top 2% in my class of 541 students. But the common app only allows top 10% as their highest decile. Is there any place on the Common App that I could further specify that I am in the top 2%? Or will the college I’m applying to be able to tell I’m in the top% by seeing my GPA and comparing it to the highest GPA in my class, which is on the school statement? Thanks in advance!
Yes they will refer to your school profile. Also, guidance counselors often include that information and/or check if off.
