Rate Academic Schedule/Performance from 9-12th for Ivy League colleges?

Can you guys rate my performance/schedule from 9-12th in terms of how impressive it would be for Ivy League College?
From 7-10th grade, I went to a public school with a lottery system with notoriously harsh and intense grading. NO AP's were offered asides from 5 core subjects and Art.

9th :
Honors Algebra II
Physics
Humanities 3 Honors
International Studies 3 Honors
Art 3
Spanish 3
GPA for two semesters: 3.44

10th :
Honors Precalcus
Chemistry
Honors Humanities 4
Honors International Studies 5
Spanish 4
Art 4

GPA for both semesters: 3.96

11th : Transferred to local private school, doesn't offer specifically AP classes as well.

Statistics
Calculus
History
Lit
Advanced Physics
Biology
P.E.

GPA for three trimesters(in midst of third ) : 4.0

Will take AP Calc AB, AP Physics C Mechanics, AP Stats, and AP Language(Plan on getting 3 5's and 1 4(language)

12th :
Advanced calc
Advanced Bio
History
Lit
Advanced Spanish
Couple of programming science oriented electives : Projected GPA for first trimester : 4.0

Given what your school offered, how could this have been more challenging?

From 9-10th, it definitely couldn’t have been more challenging in any way, I’m a grade ahead in math and the school only offers those other 5 subjects to all freshmen and sophomores.

In 11th, I’m taking my math level. I have to take Lit, History, and Biology, and I added another math class(Statistics) and science(Advanced Physics), only one other student in my class has two math and two science classes. The school does not allow you to take more than 7 classes, and there were no other core subjects being offered, just electives. I could have taken Spanish this year, but I’m not great in it and I’ve already finished Spanish 4, so I’ll do one more year of Spanish next year.

Next year I am taking Advanced Calc, advanced bio(progression from regular bio), literature and history classes every trimester, and there’s no other math, science, or literature/history core class to take, so all I can do is take Spanish and some other electives.

What is a trimester in school ?

My private school has trimesters(so three of them), as opposed to semesters(2 of them).
