Are my extra curriculars alright or should I try to squeeze a little bit more out, and how are my grades and SAT faring?

Bumping the thread!

I’m no expert but I’d say you have a great chance!

The above link takes you to the most recently published admissions stats. The results for this year are typically a few months away, (though stats has been pretty steady for a while now).

UW GPA: 3.7
SAT: 2150
Rigorous course load.
Adequate ECs (Any changes aren’t going to materially affect your chances, in my opinion).

That all combines to make you the average USC admit. Normally that would be enough to make it a ‘match’ situation, but with the admissions rate rumored to have dropped even more this year (~18.5%) I recommend viewing SC as a reach. You’re probably OK, but the sheer volume of qualified applicants makes having good alternatives a must.

You are certainly in the running. Be sure to get your application in by December 1, so you can maximize your chances for FA. (You will have many great opportunities with you excellent record - best of luck!)

Grades are good, scores are good but not elite yet. ECs are amazing, especially presidential awards. You should have a great chance, make sure your senior schedule is rigorous

bump10char

What is the point of all these bumps? You have average stats for a school with a very low admit rate; what more do you want to hear?
