Rate my application ECE major

<p>I have applied for a few univs in USA and going to choose some more who have deadlines in january.</p>

<p>I am a graduate of a University from pakistan which ranks in 250-300 range(its best in engineering in my country).
my CGPA is 3.27.
GRE score is 162 Q, 158V, 4.0 AWA.
Recommendation letters will be good but referees are phd's but not very well known in their field.
SOP is good</p>

<p>Please tell me that in which range of engineering Univs should I apply for grad studies</p>

<p>In what ranked univs will I have a fairly good chance… I know few people with similar credentials(country,univ,gre,gpa,sop) get admission in Texas A & M, ohio state and others</p>
