I want to transfer to: Cal, UCLA (Fall 09)
Major :Econ, Business Econ
My current GPA:3.93 (too bad i got a B in a maths class)
ECs: Club secretary, Club treasurer and tutor
Major requirement finished
igetc miss 2or 3 after this quarter but hopefully will be completed in spring
UCLA TAP will be offered after i complete the requirement of the Honor institute of my CCC.
How is my chance?? I am extremely worrying.

Those are very competitive schools and competitive majors, BUT you have a great GPA and ECs. I would make sure you have a strong personal statement and have IGETC completed and as many pre-reqs as possible completed by spring. With the TAP at UCLA you should have a decent chance, but you MUST have the IGETC completed by spring.

Are you an international student? At my school TAP isn't offered to international students. If you're not then I apologize. Its just that you have some issues with your grammar that native speakers normally wouldn't make.

Other than that, don't worry so much, you have competitive stats.

Well if u r an international student,,that is totally different thing..
I saw many internationals getting rejected from UCB, UCLA econ, though they have 4.0 gpa and so on.

Match for both schools; economics department

UCLA admits tons of international students.
