rate my chances civil Masters

<p>I am at North Carolina State University (bs-civil engineering)
plan to do ms in civil
gpa: 3.95
gre: should be around 750q and 550v
decent letters of rec
no research.
funding would be good but not a big factor.</p>

<p>school i plan to apply to:
UIUC
Texas A&M
purdue
u of texas
u of wis-mad
u of michigan-ann
usc
maybe be stanford or berkeley</p>

<p>You can probably get into berkeley or stanford. No funding though.</p>
