I’m taking 8 classes this summer at community college and it is not easy. You are taking nine right now? Pretty nice.

Sorry, I left out Philosophy — *10.

Thanks man, don’t worry it’ll all be over soon. 4 weeks left and we’re free. :).

I just hope the classes I’m taking look hard enough though. :-.

What classes are you taking?

Calc, econ, acct, philosophy, history, English 3, humanities, physics.

With Calculus and Physics, I think yours would be more rigorous, though I think that may be up to interpretation. Just my opinion though.

What do you think of my Fall and Spring semesters?

I’m wondering why you’re not taking calc 1 in fall 2010 since you took pre-calc in spring 2010.

Good question. My adviser at my LAC told me Calculus was already closed. I still remember quite a bit of Pre-Calculus, though.

calc, bio, and engineering are the ones that stand out to me as being super hard. if you’re not from an arabic/middle eastern background, then arabic is also likely tough. the rest are kind of all over the place. what’s your potential major? have you fulfilled all the classes required to transfer?

Hey, thanks for the reply, really means a lot.

I mean, it’s just Introductory Bio though, it’s not “General Biology”, but then again Medical majors take that.

I’m going to double major in Political Science and International Relationships, perhaps even Psychology or Philosophy. Not exactly sure yet.

Yep, I’m not Middle Eastern so it’s definitely going to be hard.

Yes, I will have fulfilled the requirements for transfer.

since you have the requirements to transfer, i suggest now focusing on those majors. make sure they’re still only 100 or 200 level so they’ll (hopefully) transfer

Thanks for the input. In the long run, even if only 15-30 of my credits transferred, I’d be elated. Why? Because that would mean I’d get to spend THREE years at an institution I’ve worked over a year for. THREE years to do study abroad, meet amazing professors, partake in great EC’s and gain leadership positions, and hopefully time to rack up some nice internships and research projects.

I’m just turning 18, I’ve got time. I wanna see the world. :P.

Bump, anyone else?

haha yeah, i was surprised at how badly i actually wanted those things. i’m going to take a year off after junior year to study abroad and do an internship. you don’t really get to pick how many credits transfer over, though, so be prepared for anything
