Alright, I'm applied to two reach schools, if I don't get into there, where should I go? I'm looking at majoring in Poli. Sci., please rank my Plan Bs.

-University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), applied, prepaid tuition
-Washington & Jefferson College, accepted, 15k yearly renewable
-Allegheny College, applied
-Knox College, applied

I think you will be worked harder and better prepared academically at knox then the rest. After that, I would say Allegheny and UIUC are tied. Then Wash and Jeff. I know UIUC "is a public ivy" and all that crap, my dad works there and I live two miles from the quad. I have visited Knox many times and spoken with a lot of students and Knox is definitely the place to go. UIUC is heavily populated by drinkers and slackers. The majority of kids I know that are going there are looking for the social life, and not at the learning part. While Knox probably has a bunch of students like that, UIUC by far has a higher percentage.
