The schedule looks okay. I would look at the colleges you are interested in and see how many years of a language they recommend. You could be competing against other student who have 4 years. If they do recommend four, you could re-learn some over the summer and take Spanish 4 senior year.
you could also study up over the summer and take the CLEP Spanish Test if the colleges you are interested in accept CLEP credits
