i agree with big weight. math was fine, reading was not bad though i know i messed up, but writing was unusually tough. I was stuck between no error and oe of the choices for like 4 of them

Math- quite easy in my opinion, however, everyone on this site seems prematurely cocky. I know a couple past 800-getters who got one wrong.

Reading-Harder than usual, normally I feel very confident about the reading section and will score perfect or near perfect. However, there were a couple questions where one could make a good case for two possible answers (I cite Shakespeare genius vs. industry; I still think it was genius but it was a tough problem).

Writing- Idk, Ive only taken one practice writing section and I had one M.C. wrong. I would say this was harder though and I had four no errors which struck me as a lot. Im very suprised people on this site are saying the grammar was RELATIVELY easy. Liked the essay topic about compromises.

In comparison to June:

CR: Easier vocab, harder passages
M: Easier
W: Easier essay, about the same for the multiple choice

There was an essay topic about compromises? I would have loved that. I had the prompt questioning whether decisions made quickly are as good as decisions made carefully and slowly. At first, I abhorred it. Thus, my essay turned out to be generic.

math: easy/normal
writing: easy
CR: normal/hard

Compared to June:

Math: Easier
CR: Definitely harder
W: Essay prompt easier; MC same

Yeah I had the decisions essay too. My examples were dumb lol (Rosa Parks and Franklin D Roosevelt).

llpitch, it's peculiar how everyone in Hawaii I have talked to has had the same decisions essay. And after I wrote the essay, I was thinking about Rosa Parks! I wrote about slavery for both my literature and historical examples. I do not even know if my historical example was factually accurate.

Did you happen to also have Critical Reading for Section 2 and 3?

Yeah I did. I think section 3 was the experimental (because it was 23 questions). My friend sitting right behind me had a math experimental though. Do you remember what passages/SC's were in section 3?

I had a essay about Words vs. Actions! But I am a international, I finished the SAT when you guys were still asleep.

I thought Math was OK, but I probably got something wrong.
CR sucked, but that's just not my thing.
Writing, I just don't know actually. I could go either way really..

Oh my Lord, now we have to wait. I hate it.

Math: x_x i actually thought it was hard
CR: always hard for me so yea
Writing: i thought it was decent

Sadly, no. My memory has failed me. However, I distinctly recall that I had a 24 question Section 3. Then again, I have been reading about various passages that have been deemed experimental, yet were absent from my test. So, I suppose there were different experimental passages?

I don't remember if my 23 was section 2 or 3 lol. Whatever. How do you think you did Quixotic?

@llpitch. I had a CR experimental as well. I'm pretty sure my CR experimental was about Louis May Alcott.

there were a lot of ambigous answers for this month's CR SAT.

ii expect something like 7-8 wrong non-omitted to be around a 700.

the One about Shakespeare was hard for CR
especially the last question
"The author mentions "and he may have even written plays" to show that"

i was like huh? and left it blank.

CR: hard
M: easy
W: eeeeeeeeeeeeh.

I actually found the math to be slightly difficult =/ Then again, I'm not exactly a math guy.

CR - Medium/Hard
Writing - Medium/Easy

I hope that I got, at the very least, a 2100 on the test. However, my ideal score would be 2300 or above. But I hate confiding in myself that I scored high only to disappoint myself, so I always expect the worst score possible for myself. However, this was only my first time taking the test.

poftd ----------- i totally agree
