To me, it just depends on what teacher you get. Good teachers make them easy, bad teachers make them difficult. But here's how it was for me:

Scale from 1 (hard) - 5 (easy) . 0 = I haven't taken it.
AP Euro - I got a bad teacher... 2
AP Bio - 4 (Had the potential of being really easy)
AP Chem 0
AP USH - 5
AP Psych - 5 (A really good teacher makes these concepts really easy)
AP Calc BC - 4.5
AP Physics C - 0
AP Human - 0
AP Govt - 4 (Haven't taken it but I assume it's pretty easy)
AP English Literature - 5
AP English Language - 5
AP Statistics - 5

I don't believe AP Stat is hard at all, here is my list.

Easiest to hardest

AP Psych
AP Statistics
AP Human
AP English Comp
AP English Lit
AP USH
AP Govt
AP Calc BC
AP Euro
AP Bio
AP Chem
AP Physics C

I think all the sciences are the hardest AP's, in my opinion. The histories are moderate and the English's are easier. Calc BC is mid to hard too. The first 3 are cake though.

AP Calc BC. Have you taken AB first? My school mandates that, so the BC test is extremely easy.
AP Psych. Since it's the one that everyone recommends you to self study...
AP Statistics. Math?
AP HumanGeo. I've also heard this is easier in comparison to other AP tests, but I have no idea, honestly.
AP Bio. Depends on your teacher- it's a lot of information.
AP USH. Haven't taken but I've heard some bad things about it, so I don't know.
AP Chem. I loved AP Chem, but if you don't put the effort in, you won't do well.
AP English Language. Because essays suck.
AP Govt. Because the curve sucks.
AP English Literature. Because essays still suck.
AP Euro. Haven't taken, but I'm assuming it's like WHAP, which means it's horrible.
AP Physics C. Everyone hates feeezzicicics
