ratemyprofessors.com

I've been using it to see how classes are, and how zealous students are about work, I think that is a good tool to see how classes at a given school. Do you agree?

Yeah I've checked it out for a few minutes, and seems like not only good insight of the professors, but also the student body.

i think it's okay. i think it's an excellent tool for people who go to the schools (you know the saying that you should pick a good teacher over a more interesting class), but like all things like that, I think it tells the truth but tells it slant

they also have ratemyteachers.com for high school kids. It's pretty funny

i think it'll be really useful when i'm down to choosing between wherever i get in

My favorite comment on that site was for one of our local community colleges. The comment was something to the effect of "his class is so boring that you're pillow will need a pillow!" hahaha, I found it funny.

hundreds and hundreds of students take a certain class. And maybe 10-20 post comments for the professors.

just keep that in mind.

The one for my school is hilarious -- it's a heavily science focused school, and all the humanities teachers have bad ratings because these kids don't do as well in those classes because it requires a different style of thinking.
