Raw Questions

My aspiration is to work in Boston as a surgeon.
From that initial statement comes many questions
What institutions are best to go to for medical school in order to get a surgeon job in Boston?
(disclaimer: Things such as connections or networking may go into the answer but still will point to an institution and not an abstract idea answer)
2nd question: What GPA and what MCAT scores are REQUIRED to pass the initial screening of these types of schools.
3rd question: What kind of experiences will help during the interview in order to make the applicant more knowledgeable and articulate in their medical school aspirations?
4th question: What are the chances after getting the degree to be placed in a hospital for residency that could bring you to surgeon level?
Thank You
