I was under the impression that we would find out during the next couple weeks or so!</p>
<p>If this is true, it’s a total drag…another month of anxious waiting. However, maybe the Arch department does it differently too? (I’m an arch major.)</p>
<p>I think what they mean when they say "by April 1st" is that you will have an admission decision at the latest April 1st. They should start sending them in batches starting in early March.</p>
<p>Last year I found out at the end of Feb, so it should be soon. Good luck!</p>

<p>I'm a transfer student and I was just wondering if anyone on here knows when they notified the transfer students last year? My friend was a transfer but says he can't remember.</p>
<p>I was a transfer student as well and found out in the begining, so it doesn't change when you will hear from them.</p>

<p>Thanks Kristeeroxx. I can't seem to find when the beginning is though. On their site it just states we will be notified "by April 1st". I'm assuming they will start releasing decisions beginning in march?</p>
<p>From last year's posts it looks like admissions started on February 26th.</p>
<p>I posted above that I found out at the end of Feb. I think it was the 28th or something. I'm pretty sure that it was on my account a day or two before I checked it though. From linguae's post above it sounds like they're already sending out notices. By the way, where are you transferring from?</p>

<p>yeah same here i'm hoping to find out before i have to register for my next quarter classes because Cal Poly is the only state school i think i would go to if i don't get into any UC's and since i haven't taken speech yet, if i get rejected then i will have one less class to take next quarter. i'd rather get in and take the class though haha</p>
<p>I transferred from Fullerton CC in SoCal. It's funny, I loved cp so much when I visited, it was the only school I applied to. I decided that if I didn't get in I would stay at my CC and take some more classes. Cal Poly was the only school I could see myself at. I am glad I didn't have to wait another year though.</p>
