Hi, I applied RD and on the Banner Web Portal (under Application Summary) it says my Writing Supplement has not been received even though on Common App it says I submitted it successfully.
I’ve emailed the Admissions Office about a week ago and haven’t got a response yet. Does anyone else have this issue/any advice on what I should do?

Hi. Mine says the same thing. On common app my supplement as well as my recommendations say downloaded (it said that about two days after i had submitted my application.) However, on bannerweb, the only thing that’s been logged as received is my Application/Personal Essay. I called the college about a week ago and asked about this, and they said not to worry and that it takes time because they are logged into the computers by hand. So I believe your situation is similar to mine. But if you want, it can’t hurt to call them and ask to speak to admissions. Anyway, good luck I’m so anxious to hear back from them… March seems so far away.
It might be best if you call the admissions office. There contact information is on the Smith website. If you click on the “Directory” tab at the bottom of the home page and select “Admission,” you will find a list of phone numbers.
Banner didn’t show that I had everything in until three weeks after I applied. I think you’ll be fine; they’re just still processing everything. If you don’t get a response by Tuesday, I’d call.
