I have a question: Can we add a resume to the app? The activities chart on the form is just not satisfying enough.

<p>I am still working on my Stanford application; I hope to have it mailed by Saturday, but I could wait until the 15th to send it in, it all depends. My Harvard, Yale, Northwestern applications will come after that ( I believe I will only have to write 1 or 2 essays for the lot of them, and I consider writing essays the main part of doing the application). They're all due January 1st. Preffered deadline be darned!</p>

<p>i'm still working on mine. i plan on sending either the day of or on the 14th. does the preferred deadline really matter? i didn't find out about it till a few days ago.</p>
<p>I called the office a while back (around November 29th, when I was freaking out because I had two days to get it in by the preferred deadline) and the lady said it doesn't matter. It's easier for them to organize everything if it's in by the 1st, BUT she said "Don't worry if you don't have it in by the 1st." Also, on the website, it says, "Applicants who have turned in all parts of their applications by December 1st will receive no special admissions treatment. It is simply for bureacratic ease that we ask you to have it in by the preferred deadline..." or something of that nature.</p>
