<p>Hi, I’m currently a senior in high school attempting to figure out where to apply ED1.</p>

SAT II: Bio 740, U.S. History 710 (note: I’m thinking about taking World History and Literature, should I do so?)
GPA: 3.1 UW | 4.4 W (very low, I know)
AP: Human Geo - 5, Psychology - 5, World History - 5, U.S. History - 5, Biology - 4, Spanish Lit. - 4, Eng. Lang. - 4
Senior Courseload: AP Calc BC, AP Stat, AP CS, AP Chem, AP U.S. Gov, AP Micro, AP English Lit, Contemporary Lit. Honors, Allied Health Honors (shadow surgeons and physicians), dual enrollment German</p>

<p>ECs:

-Started a vegetable garden at my school that provides produce to our school’s cafeteria.

-Common App essay talks about how I challenged Hispanic dietary traditions and social norms upon becoming a vegetarian. (8/10)

<p>Your SAT I and II are not great for getting into an Ivy school. Your SAT I are decent. Your GPA is terrible though but you are hispanic so that will give you an edge. You might get in because your scores are okay and your ethnicity but do not count on it.</p>

<p>@windmills‌ Don’t decide that you can’t get in because you don’t have a certain number. BTW your SAT is the average for accepted Ivy students. Your SAT II’s are fine. Your EC’s are great. The only weakness is that 3.1 GPA, but these schools have holistic admissions and if you can demonstrate that you belong there in your essays, chances are they will consider you and possibly accept you. </p>
