RD Chance Please

I really loved CMC but am just not sure if I've got a shot in hell of making it. Any thoughts? I should preface my this all by explaining that in my junior year I was expelled after being caught drinking twice. I went on a three month outdoor trip in Mexico and then repeated my junior year at a new school. I'm not sure how this weighs on my profile; some people told me a lot, others say not much at all. Either way, my grades at my first school were poor and at my new school are very good; I've been on Honor Roll every semester at new school so far.

Great recs and essays

I do think you have a passable chance, with really good essays and an explanation for your explusion. I think your experiences won't hurt you much at all, as long as you have a genuine response in what you've "overcome," so to speak. Your test scores or grades aren't stellar by CMC standards, but they aren't bad whatsoever. Don't rule the possibility of acceptance out by any means

I hope you get in! I was accepted ED - I'm gonna need someone to play squash with!

Congrats on getting in. How badly do my stats compare to yours? Do they have courts? I forgot to look into that

I don't think they have courts, but I'm not 100% (it's such an East Coast thing...) As for stats, it's pretty tough to judge how you'll do, as CMC is VERY big on what you do outside the classroom. Give it a shot!
