RD chances for Dartmouth?

Stats and stuff:

GPA: 4.06 weighted, 3.95 unweighted
(do they count fall of senior year? my semester ends at mid December and it would help my GPA a lot because I left a lot of my APs for senior year).
Took AP English and AP US History in Junior year (5s on both AP exams).

Rank: 14 out of 300-325 (not sure, but about in the top 5%)

Current Courses: AP Literature, AP Government/Economics H, AP Calculus AB, AP Biology, PE, Wind Ensemble (top band at school).

SAT I: 2160 Reading=700, Math=750, Writing=710
I just took the November SAT and I hope i can improve it, but it probably wouldn't be much more than a 2200

SAT II: 730 Literature, 720 US History

EC's:
Tennis, 4 years (varsity 2 years)
Band, 4 years (top band 3 years)
Jazz Band, 3 years
President of Recycling Club, junior and senior year
Member and Vice-President of Service Commission (J and S year respectively), which helps with school events and raises money for scholarships and students who cannot afford school stuff.
Delegate on Student Council, senior year
Internship at University of California, San Francisco where I worked with a mentor on my own research project in a developmental biology lab 40 hours a week, for 8 weeks over the summer between my J and S year. Cloned a GST-IDE fusion protein to help further research on muscle differentiation.
Volunteered at local hospital in senior year, but only accumulated about 30 hours of community service because I started my UCSF internship
About 50 hours of community service total, including working for Relay for Life (fundraising for cancer research).

Finally, my ethnicity is Latino, but not Hispanic because I'm from Brazil (I was born here in America) which mostly has Portugal associated with it, not Spain.

Anyways, feedback on my chances would be great, thanks!

very good chance =)

coolio :)

Wow, that's so weird. You and I have such similar stats. GPA, class rank, AP scores, SAT, SATII, some ECs... all very alike. :P However, I think you're still a stronger applicant than I am. Your numbers are all solid. While nothing stands out especially, you're all-around safe, I'd say. Above 700 is good on all your SATs, GPA is great, ECs fairly impressive.

Ivy Leagues are always crapshoots, so I don't want to assume too much, but I think you would make a great candidate.

Uh, thanks lol.
