I would go to UNC Chapel Hill in a heartbeat. I visited last February and I absolutely loved it there, but I know I have to be super competitive as an out of state candidate, so I'm not expecting much. I'd appreciate any feedback- Thanks!

I think you have a strong chance. To me, you appear to be well rounded/balanced. You have a great rank, very solid SAT scores, EC's. OOS is fairly competitive, but you look like a strong contender. Good luck!

Female, white, with 1320 SAT = meh to them. I do agree you're diverse, but the schools mainly female, and the last thing they would need is another white person. Don't get your hopes down, I hope you th ebest.

You have some really unique qualities that I feel would set you apart from other applicants... your academics (based on statistics) are average... but you are a good candidate!

Rejected:)

Thanks for being honest. There's always the option of transferring, right? :)

Why are you so concerned about UNC?

...why are you acting as if no one can get into unc?

you put "rejected" for a different chances post also...

You think that I am acting as if no one can get into UNC just because I put "rejected" on two of the UNC posts? Isn't everybody expecting honest opinions on this forum? or are you expecting me to tickle their ears by flattering?

deftech - what's wrong with you? if she wants to go to UNC, i don't see what the problem is. no need for an attitude.

no, i just dont like your attitude.

like whats with the stupid smiley face after writing rejected? your posts were rather blunt. instead of offering reasons why you dont think that applicant will be accepted, you seem smug about it. im not saying you have to flatter someone who you dont think is as qualified, but at least say something like "but good luck anyway"

007hopeful--your scores are a bit low for OOS, but you never know. you sound really unique. good luck =] and yes, theres always the option of transferring

but good luck anyway:)
