i have a 720 SAT I math because i rush too much and make stupid mistakes... got 780 IIC... and then a 5 on AP CALC BC... so... its not that i suck at math..

lol, i've experienced the same thing. i've taken all the math possible in high-school (including calc 3 and diff. eq.) and made 5 on the Calc BC AP test, yet I can't top a 720 SAT I math... i think i just can't think critically at 8am on a saturday. we'll have to see how the SATII's go - I took them yesterday.

lol I WISH I WAS GOING TO DUKE.. i wont get in.. i really like vanderbilt, havent visited, but everything that i have seen on the website is amazing. i fit right in for engineering, 1348 average SAT last time they had it posted for engineering, and i have a 1350. vandy is a better match for me than duke, and its still a great school.

hertish, your numbers are great but there's more to an application than that. Of course, I'm assuming you didn't leave anything out in your post.
