Interesting/unique essay (hard to explain, but detailed playing the drums and how they influence me)

That's about it. I'm not the president of the school or some ridiculous all-out scholar, but I like to think I have a slightly unique app with focus on music, art, and language. (Not many japanese speaking high school kids out there) Any thoughts?

Actually just sent in my application today.

Does your school rank? If yes, what was your rank?
Did you take any SAT Subject Test? Scores?
Any hooks?
Are you Asian?

No school rank.
700 in US History.
Hooks…not super familiar w/the terminology but I’m a caucasian kid from Utah who speaks Japanese, which I doubt isn’t something an admissions officer sees every day. If that’s what you mean by hooks.

By hooks, people usually refer to things such as being a URM, legacy student, 1st gen college student, or even being recruited for sports.

Your application appears competitive, but if that means acceptance or not is hard to predict.

Not the strongest SATs, but in context of the Art School Admission, where do I stack up?
