RD Chances

Hey everyone,
My best friend and I are sharing an account, so that's why you may see two different sets of stats on this one name. I'm applying to Stanford RD and am in love with the place, but some input on my chances would be greatly appreciated...this whole thing is driving me crazy...I'm really worried about getting in!

ACT: 33
SAT II: 750 Writing, 740 Bio, 740 US History, 600 IIC (took again in December...i know, i know...)

Summers:

summer inst. at university of denver (3 weeks)
national youth leadership forum on medicine (10 days)
nfl national tourney (a week, but way way way too long, if you ask me)

I'm told that my essays are good, but i'm not sure if that's true--people either love the long one or hate it. i'm hoping that the people who hate it don't know much about college essays and that stanford won't be like them. i have one really really good rec and two decent ones--they say nice and great things, but aren't well written and don't have any anecdotes. i might send in an optional rec from my best friend, what do you all think?

sorry for the long post, but i'm REALLY worried because i LOVE stanford and reading about all of you on here makes me feel so inferior! i'm hoping for some geographic advantage, but we sent a kid to stanford last year. will that hurt me?

thanks for your input!

We have pretty much the same stats. same numbers almost exactly, varsity tennis, clubs, etc. I did EA, so I'll let you know your chances when I find out. I think we have a good shot though. Let's hope so.

note: minus the asian female thing. I'm white male. Minor details, minor details.
