<p>3.8 uw is quite low for northwestern. Most students will have 3.85, if not 3.9+ with plenty of 4.0s. Your SAT is good, not great, but good enough for admission.
Where are your awards? You list some ok activities, but not any awards or accomplishments. It just seems to me (and probably admissions officers) that you just joined clubs for the sake of joining clubs to build your resume.
I hope your essays and recs are as good as you claim.
What impressed me was your internship experience; this will give you an advantage over some others. But again, it’s not so much that you listed internships, but more so what you did with them. Anyone can find an internship with the right contacts. Hopefully, you assumed some leadership.</p>

<p>You’re certainly not a weak candidate and you have a fighting chance, but Northwestern has gotten drastically more and more competitive over the years.</p>
