<p>I think it will be extremely difficult. Your score is lower than the lowest ACT score they accepted last year iirc. Of course this year they may wall accept a lower score but you have to be cognizant that your ACT is the lowest score in the entire pool. </p>
<p>Right now, it looks like you have little to no chance. Even with your race and stellar ECs, know that NU is still academic driven. Unless your family members teach at NU, your academic weaknesses will count against you. I would suggest you take the December ACT to raise it. </p>
<p>Honestly, it just doesn’t sound like NU is the right place for you. Beyond the fact that it is a real reach for you in terms of admission, your ACT and GPA suggest that you would have trouble competing academically. Who needs that? </p>
