<p>I looked over Haverford in my intial college search but happened to come across it about a week ago (after I was done all of my other applications) and fell in love with it (better late then never!) and was just wondering if I habve a chance at getting in...</p>

<p>If you look at past postings, you can "compare" your chances.
Like I said before, most people have a "chance" and you probably fall within that range (for example, 90% of kids are in the top 10% of their class for those schools that rank). What sinks most applicants is that their essays don't rock, they don't convey why they would fit with the college or what distinguishes them from the ### other applicants with good stats and numerous extracurriculars, or a lot of times, it just has to do with luck.</p>
