Too close! Just 2 weeks, it's nothing!

If I were sane, I would have been a happy and mellow individual today doing my math portfolios diligently rather than worrying about things which won't happen without divine intervention (seeing that I am agnostic, thats not very likely is it?). I would like switch back to my hippie mentality and not care about ****...but then I must remember with how much love and anticipation I served a piece of my soul and brain on a platter to the Harvard Admission Committee..and it will hurt so dearly if they don't like it! ....It would be an honor to be waitlisted...

Here in Mexico it used to be 1h difference... but since our time zone will change until April 1, then it's 2 hours difference, which means I will hear decions at 3:00 pm. Yay!

bleh, i will probably find some excuse to stay after school till like 7 so I'm not waiting in front of my computer checking my email every 2 minutes... waiting sucks.

Say I get into MIT and not Harvard how hard would it be to transfer? And vice versa?

very hard.

Very very hard. So, learn to love MIT :) After all, MIT students can take classes at Harvard.

Actually, get into MIT first. Lol.

Regardless of the decision, the subject line for RD emails will be "Admissions Decision." What excitement. I can't believe it's almost been 15 months since I got deferred, a year since the WL, and 9 months since being admitted, and I still haven't entered.

wow! already time for RD!

thefish, I'm confused--do you mean you were admitted off the waitlist last year and you deferred matriculating for a year?

nervous chattering....

we need to have a facebook group yall

I have a facebook!!
pm me if you want =D

lol. me too.

Does Harvard and the other ivy league send their acceptances in a package via FedEx? I have heard that they do but I was not sure. I will not probably not check any decisions on line as if it is not good news then I will have to see the decisions flash on so quickly. Getting mail will prepare me for the decision if I see a thick or thin envelope. (although I realize some acceptances come in thin ones). If I knew that FedEx delivered the acceptances I would know it was positive when I saw the truck arrive. Does anyone know?

I just read an article that Columbia sends the acceptances FedEx. Harvard sends them in standard mail. I dont know about the other ivy leagues

haha, yeah, Columbia sends acceptance packages (not rejections) by fedex. I remember last year some people called FedEx to ask if they had a package, so they knew in advance. No package, no acceptance.

thiiiiiirteen days

i just doomed myself by announcing the unlucky day count :)

technically, still 14 days (since it's 13 days and 23 point something odd hours)

party pooper!
