<p>I know this may seem like a trivial question, but when is the RD due date? I read somewhere that the deadline was December first, but I just logged on to the website that it was December 31. Is it safe to assume that its 12/31?</p>

<p>the deadline is Dec. 31. I quote from the Common App supplement: "Regular Decision (postmark by December 31)"</p>

<p>It's not december 1st. A few schools (not Yale) have Early Decision plans due on the 1st of December. One important thing to note, for schools that are due on January 1st, post offices are closed!!! Send applications in early, or finish them on the internet.</p>
