<p>Guys there are over 45 posts of people stating they havent gotten the DHL email. Lets only post to let each other know when someone DOES get one.</p>

<p>Given the fact that the first mailing day has passed and no one seems to have posted about getting a dhl email, maybe the USC has changed their international notification policy? They do have an increased number of applicants since switching to commonapp, so perhaps it is too expensive now to mail through dhl? Just a though :D</p>
