I’m not sure how good my commonapp essay was(it was about my love of international relations and foreign policy), but I loved my Richmond supplement essay, it was about how I overcame my shyness by going door-to-door while volunteering for a political campaign.
activities: a bunch… marching band, volunteer for a cat shelter, helped start a faith discussion club, NSLC, babysitting, and a few other random things that I can’t think of right now, but those are the major ones.</p>
<p>Oh and I didn’t get the $250 offer in the letter…I’m from Ohio so I don’t mind too much though. Just happy for the LL at all!</p>

<p>Surprised to hear so quickly. I just received the request for parent letter on 3/8, Fed Exed it back so they’d receive it by the deadline of the 10th. They either read it and made a decision really quickly or the letter was irrevelant to the decision.</p>
<p>I think the latter as I got a likely the day after dad sent the letter</p>

<p>RD Decisions will not be mailed until late March and according to the Adm. office “should be received by students in early April”…the wait continues.</p>
