Does anybody know when we should expect to hear from NYU about our regular decision acceptances? I applied to stern btw.

I just called a few days ago to ask, and they said "on or around April 1st" just like the website said. I asked if they knew more specifically, and they said no.

Man, that's another school that I won't hear back from until April 1st and the rest are at the end of March. =/ That's too much of a wait.

In the past a select group of freshmen was invited to Saturday In the Square early April. Those people found out about that mid March, because some will have to make travel arrangements. What was interesting about it is that these invites get sent before the official acceptances go out, but it means you are accepted :).

Note that not all accepted freshmen will be invited to this, because that would be too many. It is not "just" grade based, because we have seen people with all sorts of stats be invited to this. All those accepted ED for sure will not be invited either. Also, I don't know with Washington park under construction if this event will still take place this year and/or if it has been relocated.

what i find really strange is that two people i know say they were accepted to nyu but neither of them registered for early decision. does anyone know what's happening with that?

never mind to the previous question--i found out they received letters for gsp
another month to fret and act like i'm not fretting (:
