hey tenacious !
West Coast represent ! lol
i'll see you at NYU ;)

yeah i'm sort of curious about the GAAP thing too...any takers?

What do you know about West Coast applicants? Have the letters gone out?

I dug it out of the archives here, for the last two years your login is your guid and the pass is the last four of your social.

Didn't let me in :/

I got the same thing from the archives and tried it earlier and wasn't let in.

Can someone from MD/VA/DC confirm whether the login procedure is the same as the one posted above, and that the site is working?

Here's the '04 thread if anyone wants to look. It appears they had trouble the first couple days decisions were coming out as well, so maybe we're encountering the same problems. The GAAP site doesn't even have updated dates for RD applicants under "Admitted Students" too, so who knows.

...and the '05. They start talking about GAAP on the third page or so.

Virginia must find out Monday. Nothing in Southwest Virginia at least. I hate waiting for rejection letters

Has anyone tried the GAAP login?

hmmm, I didn't get any letters yet but I couldn't log in.... :/

let me rephrase... has anyone who has been accepted already under regular decision been able to log into the GAAP?

texas will prob have their letters o monday too. for early, they also mailed them out on a friday and were in tx by monday

thanks marlene! ahhh i am so nervous

Do you guys think that New Hampshire residents would hear on Monday? since the US Mail did have the weekend to deliver GU mail up to New England...Thanks!

on my letter it says the log in is "hoya10" and the password is "gaap"

hah then that's no good to figure out if we got in...it's universal.
aww shucks, we've been thwarted again.
the allure of beating the system is all gone.

thats very interesting

I wonder if the GU reps follow the forums, then...and thus thwarted us lol.

As for New England Residentrs, do you think we'd hear Monday? Just curious...

I kind of hope not... or maybe I do, depending on the decision. Because I won't be home until after 10 PM tomorrow, and if I come home to a rejection (more likely) it'll be a kick to the head at the end of a tiring day. An acceptance though, would be like dessert. A nice serving of ice cream, fudge, and cake... mmm, cake.

gaap wont work for any permutation of ssns/guids/dobs or any #'s i can think of

My thoughts exactly. I also don't get home until reasonably late tommorrow, and if it's bad news it will completely destroy my day. If it's good news, i'll be floating on air :)
