I'm not sure whether I should apply to George Washington for early decision II or University of Richmond. I would love to attend Richmond, but according to my school's accepted average, their GPA is 4.08 and a 1320 SAT. GW's is 3.91 and a 1298. My weighed GPA is 3.87 and I got a 1150 (superscored) unfortunately.

I could really use help.

Wow. Tough choice. I would suggest looking at the Common Data Sets for both schools. Looks like both schools accept around 33% RD. last year GW accepted around 39% ED and UR accepted about 45% ED. I would see how your academic rigor, extracurricular activities, etc. stack up to the Common Data Sets of each school. In other words, how important are your strengths in the admissions decisions for each school. If you can afford both schools, then ED II may be the way to go. I would suggest going ED II only if you can afford it, and only if you have a clear favorite. My DS had no favorites and RD worked very well for him. DD, on the other hand, had a clear favorite. ED worked out very well for her.
Please be sure to discuss with your folks, as they will need to sign off on any ED II form.
Good Luck with your decision.
