RD or ED?

Hey guys, just wanted to know what my realistic chances are at Duke and whether I should apply ED or RD. I really don't think I am an amazing candidate so should I take advantage of the more generous acceptance rate for ED or try my chances for RD

Other:

Rec's: Really good; both teachers know me very well

Counselor Rec: Really good, know my counselor better than most students

Ethnic and Race (URM): I am Hispanic, but my mother is 1/2 black and my father is considered Native American under the Common App definition, which i guess makes me a triple minority, but I consider and associate myself most directly with Hispanic

Well ED does give you a bit of an advantage, but from what I have heard most of those acceptances are legacies and athletes. It looks like that Washington would be a pretty cool thing, so maybe wait til RD so you can get a rec from that guy or talk about that a bit because it seems like a cool experience.
