<p>Charlotte, I believe it's for all applicants, and they will select you and send you the materials that are required to be in the program. =D So no extra work until AFTER they select YOU, which is great <3.</p>
<p>So it is NOT rolling? I hoped that I would get answer in early Feb. I applied to SUNYin in early Dec, but sent Binghamton supplement right before New year (school forms and recs also went out right before Christmas).
Actually I never figured out what is Binghamton's app deadline and even if it exists. SUNY doesn't have on and Binghamton does?</p>
<p>SUNY's deadline is January 1st for most of the schools, I believe.
Though that's a priority deadline, to the best of my knowledge.</p>
