Re-applying gap year student - can I still apply to CC or am I simply not allowed?

<p>I graduated high school in June of 2014. I have decided to reapply to college. Does the fact that I am taking a gap year mean that I am ONLY allowed to apply to GS, or just that I am eligible to. In other words, could I still apply to CC?</p>
