Here is my proposition:

Allow every CCer to create, as a part of his/her public profile, a statistics page. On this page he/she can post the SAT, ACT, SAT II, GPA, EC, Hook.

I feel that this is useful because that I personally get curious about some CCers' profile. However I do not want to search through every single post the person made in order to find out who he/she is (prime example, Celebrian with 12,000+posts).

Also, many people post their stats anyways when they are accepted/rejected/defered/waitlisted on the RD/ED/EA result pages. Why not just enter stats once and provide a simple link every time you find something out? Plus, the entire format thing with brackets and deleting spaces within is very confusing!

If you agree, please reply.

Just a random thought.

Just go to pr-stats.com (take out the -), create a page, and put it as your home page on CC.

i remember a similar suggestions being put forward sometime last year.

Yeah, ******* is the same thing. Just make it your homepage so that when people view your profile they can go right to your stats.

To answer your question... I guess just ask everyone to make ******* their homepage? Haha. Can't think of anything else. And I don't think it makes sense for CC itself to put stats in user profiles cause that's not how we want to identify people.

i think there should be a spot for it directly in one's profile

the problem is of course that pr stats.com doesn't have anything set up for 2011 yet.

disagree. first, admissions stuff really is random. also, i know i personally wouldn't feel kosher putting up all of my stats - both for security reasons and the fact that some ccers get a little too obsessed with "well, she got into school x and i had better numbers and activities and lalalala".

I don't think that it should be REQUIRED, but it should definitely be an option to include on the profile page.

def agree it would be a HUGE help

yeah agreed... i, sadly enough, spent like a hour searching thorough posts for stats last night.

I agree...( dumb 10 char rule r

CC seems to want no affiliation with prstats/ autoadmit, so I don't see why they just don't implement their own system. Wouldn't take more than a weekend of coding

Hell, why doesn't CC just ask all seniors to save PDF copies of all their online apps.
