This has probably been asked before, so I apologize in advance. Is it beneficial to retake the SAT's as a college student to appeal as a transfer applicant?
Thank You.

Depends on the school you want to go to. Some schools encourage you to retake, some won’t accept new scores. You should ask the school you want to transfer to.

Thanks I appreciate it. I will take a look into that. Is there anyway, however, that they would be seen as a negative (for example if I got a similar score)?

Hm…I don’t think it would be bad if you got a similar score but if you got a worse one then yeah it would look bad. Basically I wouldn’t bother retaking unless you are quite confident of doing better.

does anyone know hot to go about this process, ive been preparing for the whole week, where can we get the registration form if we’re doing standby testing

I don’t know anything about standby testing. If you’ve thoroughly perused the college board website and still can’t find the info you need then call them and ask.
