It’s 0113hrs in Kenya :)

Any International Applicants here??

my plan?
stop thinking about it, get the rejection letter picture out of my head, watch a tv show episode and get back to studying. i know it wont be as simple as tht, but thts what im hoping for

This feels so surreal to me. I’m not used to having my future decided in the next half hour.

So I was looking at the Harvard thread (bad idea I know), and half the people were deferred, the other half were accepted. No rejections at all (yet).

If I have to wait 3 more months…

My friend is still refusing to open her Harvard email.

Getting closer…

t-minus half an hour

Honestly, I’m just honored to be able to apply to a school like this and feel like I have a decent shot. What’s meant to happen, will. Staying optimistic either way (:

@basicspace - Harvard’s EA philosophy is very deferral heavy - they waitlist most of their early applicants. Stanford usually gives a final decision for the EA pool.

@tothefullest Totally. The panic didn’t hit me until like 30 minutes ago. But I’m fine now, just stalling for time. Going to wait for my parents to get back home before I open the email, so I’ll check at 3:30 or so.

If I can’t design video games in Stanford, at least I have Game Dev Story (it’s free today in the Amazon App Store, so).

unfortunately H numbers are not a good measure for S. S will turn down 80%.

“In addition to the 992 admitted students, 3,197 were deferred and will be considered again in the Regular Action process, while 366 were denied, 18 withdrew, and 119 were incomplete. The Regular Action process concludes in March, with notification to students on March 27.”

time is dragging

First time I’ve ever used my CC account for something other than stalking. I’m so nervous my hands are making it hard to type.

Michelle Chamuel’s “Go Down Singing” will be the song I will listen to if I get rejected. If I get accepted, I will listen to “Good Life” by OneRepublic.

You’re all perfect!

In ten minutes our futures will change… A scary thought. Good luck!

9 mins. remaining !

5 minutes. Praying to the based god.

five minutes

three minutes? My clock might be wrong… At least we made it to 90 pages and we can all be proud of that accomplishment!
