<p>Here are the schools I'm looking at. Can you classify them as reach/match/safety? I'm worried that I don't have enough safeties. Can you suggest any? </p>

<p>Johns Hopkins, Reed, Macalester, Haverford, Kenyon, Grinnell, and Lawrence.</p>

<p>In at Lawrence and I also think you will most likely get into Grinnell and Kenyon. Not sure on the others. Good Luck!</p>

<p>You've got a good choice of liberal arts colleges, except Hopkins is going to be a upper reach. Maybe Michigian/Illinois/UPenn as a safety...But depends on what your major is?</p>

<p>when you say you're roughly top 10-15% is it between (between 10-15 percent), or you fall under those percents (either below 10 percent or below 15 percent)?</p>

<p>Thanks so much for the input! Whenever I ask my counselor she just says "you're a strong candidate." Like that helps >.> She says that to everybody!</p>

<p>My intended major is biology (pre-med) and I approximate that my rank is somewhere between the top 10 and 15 percent, but because my school does not officially rank, I can't be sure.</p>

<p>I have been trying to avoid those big state unis, but I do see the sensibility in applying to one for a safety. Thanks so much, guys!</p>
