Ok this may be a generic question but how do the breakdown of chances go here?

Correcnt me if this is wrong
High Reach- 0-20% chance of acceptance
Reach-21-40% chance of acceptance
Slight Reach- 41-60% chance of acceptance
Match- 61-80% chance of acceptance
Safety- 81-100% chance of acceptance

IS THIS RIGHT???

Quoted from kyledavid:

100% = guaranteed
90%+ = safety
80% = safe match
70% = match
60% = high match
50% = slight/low reach
40% = reach / low reach
30% = reach
20% = big reach
10% = nearly impossible

But how do you come up with your precent chance? Can't you really never be sure how 'safe' you are?

Well it depends. In Texas, where I live, if you are in the top 10% you automatically are accepted to any state university, so that would be guaranteed. And many other colleges have a cut off for SAT scores that basically guarantee admission (which would qualify for a safety).

Of course, anyone could argue that percentages are based on nothing but speculation.

yes, that's about right..
