Reach? Match?

Can someone tell me the definition of "reach", "match", "slightly match, "slightly match", "high reach", and "high match"? I just don't get it. Thank you.

From what I've seen and how I define it (and what seems to be generally accepted):

90%+ = safety
80% = safe match
70% = match
60% = high match
50% = slight reach
40% = reach (low reach)
30% = reach
20% = big reach
10% = nearly impossible
0% = ineligible

The College Board and many other organizations (not to mention counselors, etc.) define match at 70% -- it's not definite that you'll get in, but the odds are in favor of you. Many people think that match = 50%, but that means it could go either way (it's uncertain, equivocal), which isn't enough certainty to be considered a match.
