How much can you afford? Are you looking for big schools? Small?

Big schools:
Cal-Berkeley
UIUC
UMich
UT-Austin

Medium:
Georgia Tech
Carnegie Mellon

Smaller schools:
Rose Hullman
Harvey Mudd

Safeties:
U of Minnesota
U of Washington
Iowa State
Michigan State
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI)

^ We don’t know if ANY of those schools are safeties because we don’t know what the OP can afford, particularly being from outside the US.

Say around 50% of yearly tuition? 15-20k?

Using one of the schools above as an example, if you are OOS for UC Berkeley then that will cost ~$50-55K/year. Run the Net Price Calculator on each web site of the schools listed.
