<p>your SATs are low compared to your GPA so your school might look uncompetitive?</p>

<p>You can tell us that your high school is very competitive, but the fact is you are not top 10% GPA-wise and your SAT scores do not make up for it. I’d suggest studying much more and trying to get above a 2100 on the SAT, as a 3.5 GPA will not bode well (and comparative to who you are competing with you have not taken many APs). Also try and boost your SAT II scores. </p>

<p>That leaves your ECs. You have a lot of activities with only 1 or 2 years attached to them, which in general does not really adhere to the “show your passion with 1-3 ECs you’ve really invested in” Adcom mantra. So it sort of looks like a laundry list.</p>

<p>Which leaves your volunteer hours, which points to a passion for community service. Or at least play it up as one.</p>

<p>Invest a lot of time into your essay. Right now you are a white female with average stats/ECs compared to who you are competing with.</p>
